About return or exchange
Cancellation of order / change of contents:
We do not accept cancellations or changes after ordering.Please confirm that there is no mistake before your order.Even before the item arrives at your hand, if the shipping arrangements are complete at our company, the order cannot be canceled.If it is returned for customer convenience, return shipping fee and handling charge will be charged as a return fee. Please note.About the return period:
It will be within 7 days after delivery.Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer’s convenience.In the unlikely event that the delivered product or quantity is different, defective or damaged in transit, etc., please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days from the date of delivery.We will give you detailed information on how to return and exchange.

 In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• When damage, loss of accessories, or contamination has occurred under your control.
• You have opened the package of the product or used the product. (please check before opening)
• Products purchased outside this shop
• Request for return or exchange by a person other than the applicant

Return shipping
